Girls Weekend with Syd getting hitched

So she did it, Syd tied the knot. What a great wedding equipped with corndogs, Syd's famous cookies, fun laughs, a little cold weather, and one hot bride with the best dress and shoes of the year!

It was so much fun for "the girls" to be together for the weekend especially because it has been so long since we have all been together. Here are just a few of the great highlights...

Soft Smile:)

Those are some hot shoes...

Megs caught the flowers!!
Oh Les, we look so cute.

Home Safe and sound...Well almost

So I made it home this week from the rest of my trip which included Rome and Paris. Almost three weeks away and it was time to come home. I loved being over there and all the stuff I saw! Here are some of the highlights...

London

Rome

Paris

So I made it home safe until I was going to work for my first time in three weeks. This is what happened to me while going 70 on the freeway.

Crazy and scary, but we're all good!

Kinbolton (UK), London, and Rome

I am sorry that I cant write more but my work computer that I had is somewhere over the Atlantic Ocean making its way to once again sit at my desk. I am right now sitting in an internet cafe in Rome about a five minute walk from the Colossem. It has been really great here as I have just finished walking in the Vatican and seeing the Sistine Chapel! I will tell you I have seen a whole lot of Rome in two days, the list goes on and on (which some stuff is cooler than others)!

Some highlights from London and Rome include:
London Bridge
Big Ben
London Castle
Meeting the Queen (yep...Ok, not really, but she was home, the flag was up. We just didnt have enough time, so we told her it would be next time that we could have tea)

Rome:
Vatican
Colossem
Trevi Fountains
Saint Peters (We told the Pope that we would have to meet with him later too, just to busy)

Ive got millions of pictures so when I get back I will post them all!
And I am typing on an international keyboard, cant find half the letters!

Day 7

Today was a no work just play day in Vienna. This has got to be one of the BEST cities I have ever been to. Words don't help so pictures will do the trick!

I had to couldn't help it!

I love the houses here, they are all all lined up without space between them on the street.

A bunch of European dude dressed up and myself. What more could you ask for?

Me in front of Heldenplatz. I can't even tell you how pretty this plaza was, but it gets even better with Hofburg. Hofburg is where Hitler gave his famous speech in Austria. Since we've gotten back tonight I've read up on all the history that I saw today, it was amazing.

This is me being funny...

Museumsplatz is right across the street from Hofburg. It included the Naturhistor, Kunsthistor, and the Museums quartiers which were also pricless.

We went to see the Parlament

And then we were so excited because we, my coworkers and myself, found out where Cinderella had her ball. It was at the Rathaus in Vienna Austria. I'm surprized you all didn't know that because Disney obviously did!

And good old Lizzy (who took this picture herself) has been invited! How can you not want this sweet face at Cinderella's ball?!?

And this is my hot prince that is taking me

I couldn't ask for much more, that is all I know! Thanks Vienna for having me--UK here I come!

Austria, Day 4, 5, and 6

Wow I just got back from dinner in downtown Austria and I don't think I have laughed that hard in a really long time. I almost fell over walking back from the train because of the dang funny Brits that we are around all of the time.

Day 4 and 5 have been great, the beginning of convention running around to who knows where. Like I have been to Toy*R*Us twice in two days to big up Ben 10 toys for our owners kids. Twice! I never thought I would make my way to that place in Austria! Here is visit number 2...

This was great to wake up to this morning, the sun! I haven't seen that large thing since I left Salt Lake on Saturday. It has been raining so much and it was so nice to see that peaking through my window this morning.

I do have to say my favorite part has been all the great restaurants, does that surprise anyone that I love food? Here are just a few of the pics from what I do best.

In Austria there is a story told about a man by the name of Franz Sacher who invented a chocolate cake in 1832 for Klemens Wenzel von Metternich (a king that ruled in Austria). Today this torte is known through out Vienna and across the world. But this isn't your normal Sara Lee $2 cake, I'm talking a $10 piece of cake.

The crew out for food and cake after a DANG good day of convention and sales!

Convention is a time that you find out you'll be doing things that weren't on your job description, but add even more fun to the job!
Like baby sitting :)

Murray I would pick you to baby sit my kid, but I'm telling you now you are the best paid baby sitter I know!!

Or watching someones cat!

It was an awesome convention and the night we all went out for a nice dinner. The dinner was up in the hills of Austria that overlooked the entire city. Simon, or so he says:) finished up with a firework show that Vienna city was the back drop. It was a perfect close to an awesome convention. Great job UK office, you guys are the best!!!

Mark, you say it all with that picture!
